1. Scope of Services
Yuga Vortex provides custom software development, Next.js web application engineering, AI integration, cloud DevOps, and digital brand media production under formal Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of agreed project milestone invoices, full intellectual property rights, source code repositories, and deployment keys are transferred to the client.
3. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
